Shared credit card information is only stored momentarily to process the approved purchase(s), then shredded and destroyed, if printed.

What, How, and Why We Collect Your Data on mobile apps?

Apple OS and Android OS specific devices used for relevant application usage.

Photos and Videos:

• MorTrack and TRXio Apps collects and uses photos that you have chosen to upload to the App for the correct operation of the platform, such as tracking and supporting the information entered in text form for each case or item. For example, personal belongings of a deceased may require a photo of the item for proof of custody or current condition.

• MorTrack and TRXio Apps collects and uses photos that you have chosen to upload in order to attach or relate cases or items referenced by assigned QR or dynamic LiveQR codes.

• Photos or videos that you have chosen to upload can only be viewed by your employing company, partner companies handling the case or item you are involved in, or authorized law enforcement personnel.

• Photos or videos that you have chosen to upload are not shared with anyone outside of the parties mentioned above.

• Photos or videos that you have chosen to upload will not be used for any purpose other than those explicitly stated within this privacy policy.

• Access to and use of photos and videos is subject to the user's express consent through the operating system's permission settings.

Name, Email, and mobile phone number:

• The only personal information we collect and use is your name, mobile phone number and email address, solely for managing user accounts within MorTrack or TRXio.

• Your name and email are not shared with anyone outside of Cairnstack Software LLC.

• Your name, mobile phone and email are not used for marketing, spamming, or any purpose other than the proper functions of the respective app.

App Info and Performance:

• We collect app performance statistics solely to prevent errors, protect user data, and provide a better service.

• We collect crash logs to provide timely attention and solutions in the event of technical issues.

Location Data:

The MorTrack and TRXio Apps collects user location data for the following operational purposes:

For users with the Removal Tech role, the app collects location data in both foreground and background to:

• Facilitate the retrieval, tracking, and delivery of assigned cases or items being tracked.

• Inform the dispatch system of the driver's current location for better logistical coordination.

• Record the routes taken as part of the service history.

Location collection only occurs while the user is logged in and the session is active.
Once the user logs out or fully closes the application, location tracking automatically stops.

The apps explicitly requests permission from the user to access precise location data, including background access if applicable.
Location data is not shared with third parties and is used exclusively for internal operational purposes within the application.

Web Server Logs
When you visit our Website or domains, we may track information through web server logs to better administer the site and analyze its usage.
